Located in Chester-le-Street - just outside of Durham and Newcastle - Shadow, a 4 berth VW T5 Campervan, takes up to 4 people in comfort and style across the country and beyond for those much-needed trips away with your family or friends.

There’s plenty of storage space for all your belongings and also includes swivelling front chairs to make for the perfect space to enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. The kitchen unit is easily accessible and includes an integrated twin-burner gas hob and stainless steel sink, as well as a mini fridge with freezer box. The camper also comes with back seats that have seatbelts, and can be made into a comfortable rock and roll bed.

Moreover, the camper features an easy-to-assemble pop top roof, sleeping up to 2 people. What’s more, this camper is equipped with a modernised infotainment system in the front cabin, giving access to multiple radio stations and also has Bluetooth compatibility, meaning everyone’s entertained whilst cruising along! Also, rear parking sensors are fitted to the van to make your life easier when parking in tight spaces!

DISCLAIMER: When booking the camper, you are agreeing to our insurance policies. In order for the booking to be validated, we require a photo (front and back) of any driver on the trip driver’s licence as well as proof of address. We also do a DVLA check against these licenses (UK licenses only) to check motoring convictions. Must not have had a road accident within the last 5 years.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
