Ludgero's Campervan

Hello, this is Nirvan. A 1997 Volkswagen Transporter T4 full of style and eager to explore Portugal!

Nirvan was completely designed and remodeled by us (Ludgero and Márcia), a couple passionate about travel and nature who had dreamed of owning a CamperVan for many years. Nirvan is the realization of that dream. It was meticulously planned to provide a unique and comfortable experience.

As Vanlife enthusiasts, we want to share this type of experience with you.

The design we chose for Nirvan is unique and prioritizes the versatility of the space, allowing for a small 'living room and kitchen' that transforms into a 'bedroom.'

Nirvan is prepared to transport and accommodate 2 adults. It has all the amenities for a comfortable journey. The living area includes a sofa/bed with high-density foam mattresses for a good night's sleep and plenty of comfort as a sofa. Inside, there's a foldable table that can serve as a work desk or dining table.

Nirvan is self-sufficient in terms of electric power. From our experience (having taken trips lasting up to 19 days), the electrical system we installed is perfectly capable of supporting all the van's electrical needs for extended periods (even when the sun is not constant throughout the day).

It's a very discreet van, and because it is more compact, it offers a great driving experience and easy parking.

Nirvan is equipped with:

• Kitchen with utensils, sink, and tanks for potable and waste water (30 liters of potable water and 20 liters of waste water)

• Campingaz stove (with 2 burners) and a gas bottle

• Compressor fridge (12v)

• Solar outdoor shower (22 liters) and two bath towels

• Table and two chairs for outdoor dining

• Double bed (140cm x 185cm) with 2 memory foam pillows and bedding included

• Ceiling lighting

• 1 USB reading light

• Various storage spaces

• Multiple USB sockets for charging electronic devices

• 2 220v sockets (for equipment up to 100w)

• 1 Hammock

• First aid kit

Nirvan also features a deck on the roof where you can enjoy special moments with an elevated view. Access to the deck is via a ladder fixed to the rear door.

From an eco-friendly perspective, we have a 'composting shovel' to avoid leaving biological waste in the open. We invite you to have a natural and environmentally friendly experience when 'composting.'

Nirvan is a miniature house on wheels that will give you a new perspective on what Freedom and Adventure are! It is super comfortable and loves to explore beautiful places.

Check-ins and check-outs in Alverca (13 km from Lisbon) with very quick and easy access from Lisbon airport.
