EXTRAS:

  • Chemical toilet: Additional cost of €25.00.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

  • Security deposit: A deposit of €700.00 is mandatory, which will be requested at check-in. This deposit is a security measure and will cover any damages or losses during the rental period. The security deposit must be paid in cash, and will be returned at check-out, following a final inspection of the campervan. Keep in mind that any damage or loss found will be deducted from the deposit. We guarantee that we will take good care of our campervan and hope that you treat it with the same care and respect. The deposit is a way of ensuring peace of mind for both parties and preserving the integrity of the campervan for future travelers. We appreciate your understanding and are available to clarify any questions.

  • Cleaning: It is essential that the campervan is returned in an adequately clean condition as received. This includes emptying the waste water tank and chemical toilet, as well as washing kitchen utensils and emptying and unplugging the refrigerator. These actions are mandatory requirements for all reservations. If the campervan is not returned properly cleaned, a cleaning fee of €200.00 will be applied upon return. We want to ensure that each renter enjoys a pleasant experience and, to this end, it is essential to keep the campervan in impeccable condition for future travelers.

24/7 roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised due to a breakdown or incident, you will be taken care of by our assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return is organised. Yescapa tells you how to contact the assistance and all the steps to follow in your insurance certificate. This warranty includes 0 KM assistance and works on all roads in Europe.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
