Hello!

During our stay abroad, we rent out our best holiday companion!

We bought it new in 2021 and have been taking good care of it ever since.

We hope that it will also be a good travelling companion for you and that you will take good care of it!

What we really like about this motorhome is the fact that it has 2 lounges! A front lounge and a rear lounge, so everyone can enjoy their own space for reading, eating and working. It's a real plus for the harmony of life together in a motorhome!

We also like the brightness of the motorhome with the Sky View (opening roof at the front), which makes it very pleasant in all weathers.

We hope you enjoy travelling with the Mac Louis as much as we do!

A few practical details:

  • The motorhome can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed).

  • You can leave your vehicle on the covered pitch of the motorhome when you leave.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

- kitchen equipment, everything you need is provided (plates, cutlery, frying pans, saucepans)

- cleaning products (crockery, household) and sponge

- 2 rolls of toilet paper and chemical toilet cleaner

- extension lead, water hose and levelling wedges

- external isothermal protective cover

WHAT IS NOT PROVIDED and what you should bring: household linen and towels.

- Bring your own tea towels and hand towels,

- Bring your own towels,

- Bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases,

- 2 blankets and 3 pillows will be provided (please protect them with your household linen)

- Mattresses and pillows are protected by undersheets and cleaned between each rental.

Handing over the vehicle:

- the motorhome will be returned to you clean,

- the fuel tank will be filled up,

- water will be filled up,

- the grey water will be emptied,

- the toilet cassette will be emptied and cleaned.

We would therefore be grateful if you could return it in the same clean condition, with a full tank of fuel, a full tank of water, the grey water drained and the toilet cassette emptied and cleaned.

From experience, you should allow at least 2 hours before returning the vehicle to clean it, find a draining point and fill up with fuel.

Otherwise, you will be charged:

- fixed cleaning charge of €100,

- fixed price for emptying the toilet cassette: €80

A detailed explanation of how the motorhome works will be given to you before you leave, and you will be able to contact us by telephone during the day if you need to.

Bonjour, Pendant notre séjour à l'étranger, nous louons notre meilleur compagnon de vacances! Nous l'avons acheté neuf en 2021 et nous en avons pris grand soin depuis. Nous espérons qu'il sera aussi un bon compagnon de voyage pour vous et que vous saurez en prendre bien soin! Quelques détails pratiques: - Le camping car peut accueillir un maximum de 3 personnes ( 1 lit double et 1 lit simple). Ce qui EST FOURNI: - équipement cuisine, tout le nécessaire est fourni (assiettes, couverts, poêles, casseroles) - produits d'entretien (vaisselle, ménage) et éponge - 2 rouleaux de papier toilette et produit pour toilettes chimiques - rallonge électrique, tuyau eau et cales de mise à niveau - housse de protection isotherme extérieure Ce qui N'EST PAS FOURNI et que vous devrez apporter: le linge de maison et le linge de toilette. - Apportez vos torchons et essuie-mains, - Apportez vos serviettes de toilette, - Apportez vos draps housses, housses de couette et taies d'oreillers, - 2 couvertures et 3 oreillers seront fournis (merci de les protéger avec votre linge de maison) - les matelas et les oreillers sont protégés par des alèses nettoyés entre chaque location Remise du véhicule: - le camping-car vous sera remis propre, - le plein de carburant sera fait, - le plein d'eau sera fait, - la vidange des eaux grises sera faite, - la cassette WC sera vidée et nettoyée. Nous vous serons reconnaissants de le rendre dans le même état de propreté avec le plein de carburant, le plein d'eau, la vidange des eaux grises faite et la cassette des WC vidée et nettoyée. Par expérience, prévoyez donc au moins 2 bonnes heures avant la restitution du véhicule pour le ménage, pour trouver un point de vidange et pour faire le plein de carburant. Dans le cas contraire, vous serez facturés: - forfait nettoyage de 100€, - forfait vidage de la cassette WC 80€ Une explication détaillée du fonctionnement du camping-car vous sera faite avant votre départ et vous pourrez nous joindre par téléphone en journée en cas de besoin. 24/7 roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised due to a breakdown or incident, you will be taken care of by our assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return is organised. Yescapa tells you how to contact the assistance and all the steps to follow in your insurance certificate. This warranty includes 0 KM assistance and works on all roads in Europe.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
