⚠️ TAXAS EXTRAS

A Autocaravana será entregue limpa e desinfetada, com o tanque de gasóleo cheio, tanque de águas limpas cheio, tanque de águas sujas vazio, cassete vazia e limpa.

Deverá ser devolvida no mesmo estado que foi entregue.

Caso o mesmo não seja cumprido serão cobradas as seguintes taxas:

  • Cassete não esvaziada e limpa: 25€

  • Tanque de água limpa não cheio: 25€

  • Tanque de águas sujas por esvaziar: 25€

  • Depósito de gasóleo não cheio: Valor em falta + 25€

  • Não efetuada limpeza interior: 80€

✅ A caução será retida durante um prazo máximo de 15 dias após a entrega do veículo, para pagamentos de portagens que possam surgir e após uma vistoria mais detalhada de todo o funcionamento e inventário da autocaravana.

✅ A mesma será restituída via transferência bancária, MBway, paypal ou qualquer outro método a combinar.

Cancellation policy

    More than 30 days before departure, you will be refunded 95% of the cost of the rental excluding insurance and service charges.

  • 30 days before departure

    Less than 30 days before departure, no refund is possible, and the full amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to the reason force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to force majeure, you can benefit from special cancellation conditions. Which allows you to postpone your trip at no cost.

The amount of your cancelled reservation will be transferred to a rental credit allowing you to reserve the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner), on the dates of your choice.
