We had a great road trip and everything went very smooth, from picking the vehicle up to dropping it off.  We highly recommend and hope you have as good a time as we did !

Mark was extremely accommodating and kept in touch prior and during our rental answering any questions we had. The van was perfect. It’s engine was fabulous climbing some real steep inclines and scaling some very steep ascents with ease. We had no issues with the engine charged battery that powers the lights and water pump. It’s a separate battery to the van’s so no worries about running a flat battery. Me and my partner shared the van with our two dogs and there was plenty of room. The van was really clean and so comfortable.Would definitely recommend.

Very nice CamperVan, clean inside and outside, comfortable ride and sleeping, easy to drive (not too big), very good friendly communication with Heiko (the owner)... This Van felt like it was fitted for the owner and had all the necessary tools and ustensils for a good holiday... We had an enjoyable week in the Bavarian Alps.... Highly recommended.

Charles was blooming brilliant. He was very communicative and asked all the right questions. He had certainly done his homework which made the handover a very easy and enjoyable experience. It was a pleasure hiring to Charles and I would definitely hire to him again. I would also recommend him to any owner.

Kester and her friend Lindi rented our motorhome to visit a festival in the Derbyshire dales. They were excellent renters , really looked after the motorhome and brought it back in time, and lovely and clean. I'd have no issues renting to them again or recommending them to other owners. Tom.

Excellent van came back as it left. 

Simon is very friendly and helpful. Kept in touch meticulously from booking to collection. The Bongo was in great condition, and we had no issues with it. However, i'd recommend bringing a double lilo for comfort, when sleeping on the seats, as it's not good for sleeping on.

We always strive to provide excellent service level to everyone experienced or not, however... If you are unable to follow instructions or communicate by phone, or text or email and hiring something that has instructions and manuals then you should NOT do it.   The vehicle this hirer got was shown to him both when it was swapped and before signing that he is satisfied with the condition of it. If purely cosmetic defects render a vehicle "broken" that is just a poor assessment. All vehicles are checked and certified to be roadworthy and safe to use. Accidents and damages do happen and are unforeseen of course.  The hirer never called or enquired about anything as anyone would normally do if something was "broken". Despite being abroad for an emergency I was still available. The induction and return take up to 1 hour each as per the hire agreement and depend on the findings, knowledge, etc. of the specific hirer. The vehicle was returned unwashed so the checks could not be completed. Photos of the mirror damage were sent immediately.  £35 is the cost when the hirer takes it for cleaning. When we need to send a driver to do it for you the cost is £75, again as per the hire agreement. We have no control over the closing times of the car wash, the LPG supplier, or the gas stations etc. The hirer is solely responsible for making time for those. Any messages sent regarding those are only for assistance, the hire start and end times are not affected in any way.  Destination AREA (not route) is an insurance requirement.   We are sorry you had a bad experience but once again failing to communicate or follow instructions will inevitably lead to all kinds of problems.
