This was the first time I was driving a campervan and thanks to Jeffrey it was a wonderful experience. It was very easy to drive, park and all the features of the van were brilliant! The service was very efficient and Jeffrey was very prompt in responding to all my queries. He is very friendly, easy going and has a very calming effect on customers, which is very useful to relax any anxious or nervous amatuers.

Great couple who enjoyed themselves. Returned on time and all good.

We had a great time in Nellie. There was loads of space for our equipment in the boot, and both the upper sleeping area and the rock and roll bed were a good size. Although the vehicle is not new, it's been maintained in very good condition internally, and the upholstery and matresses are comfortable and clean, and the floor and surfaces without marks.  The bowls, cutlery and general equipment were great - including an additional camping stove to go on the camping table. The chairs were good quality camping chairs and everything felt solid. Nellie was very easy to drive - despite the size, parking was pretty straightforward - and the reversing sensor worked properly. On the motorway, everything was comfortable and reasonably quiet cruising at 70mph.  Fatima was excellent at communicating and was very helpful where we needed to flex our arrangements slightly. Check out and check in was straightforward and methodical. We loved the little touches she put in Nellie before we left, and even gave me a lift to the centre of Crawley at the end of the hire.  Overall, we were very happy with hiring Nellie from Fatima. The extra space on top of a standard Transporter camper van was very handy indeed, and the bed was very comfortable. Next time we want to hire a camper, we will definitely check if Nellie is available first!

Very good communication from Lee made  it an easy process. Camper was great and all worked great. Had a great experience, would recommend it to anyone as an adventure.

Hayley and Tom rented our motorhome for a week.  They looked after our motorhome like it was their own, so it only needed the standard clean and checks on return.  Their "Plan A" of going to a festival was scuppered because of its cancellation, but we were grateful that they retained the booking and made alternative plans which they enjoyed very much.  We hope to see them again next year and maybe they can get to the festival!

Absolutely lovely couple who looked after Deli immaculately (and made good use of the 4x4 up in the highlands of Scotland!).  Thanks guys - you're welcome to use her again at any time

Proud owner of Gracie the T5 camper was so helpful pre, during and post trip.  Gracie was fully loaded with every essential item plus more which made our weekend away very comfortable despite the pishin' rain...😆😂 highly recommend this wee bus for a weekend, week, fortnight.....we will defo hire again soon!

We had a universal Catalan family, Claudia, Jordi and kids, as guests in our house on wheels. Very nice people who handled our motorhome with care. They left with a top-notch vehicle and returned it ten days later in the same condition. The daughter expressed the wish to prefer to keep the mobile house.

Our stay in Jubel was great, we had two very excited children and we were not disappointed! Contact from the owners was great from the start and nothing was too much trouble. Handover was smooth and all information provided was easy to follow. Thanks again.

Peter and Hebe were delightful as renters. Communication was excellent and I enjoyed receiving updates on their adventures in the van. Would highly recommended them to any other owners - courteous, friendly, left the van spotless, a solid 10/10! 🤩

Superbly kitted out and really well set up beautiful van. It had everything I required for a much needed camping trip. Owen was brilliant at taking the time to go through where everything was and how it worked (all vans are a little different so this was invaluable). Really easy to arrange times of pickup/drop off with him to which worked well for both of us. Really good few nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Hopefully will be able to rent the van from owen again next year as it was perfect!
