Booney is a great van to hire. Compact so not scary to drive but big enough to have everything you need.  Dan and Sophie couldn't be more helpful, giving a comprehensive tour of the van and providing far more than I'd expected as standard. I would happily hire Booney again

We had the most amazing week with ‘Maisy’ the camper! Perfect little van for the two of us with everything you could want. Was impressed at how well the leisure battery worked, the fridge was on all week! Paul was really helpful and understanding when we left the water lid behind when filling up! Oops! Would highly recommend.

Very practical and straighforward setup. If needed, I will definitely book again. 

Richard was very easy to organise pick-up and drop-off times with, even offering to pick us up from the station! The car was in good shape and we had a great trip overall :) 

We had the most amazing time travelling the NC500 in Susan!! 🚐 Paul was so helpful from start to finish and made the whole process easy. Would definitely reccomend hiring Susan from Paul! 

The rental process is quite lengthy with lots of documents required. Also the deposit is very high, however the motorhome is very nice and practical with lots of space.

The owner was responsive prior, during and after the rental period. The vehicle itself was good, no issues when it comes to driving it. Having said that the ad didn't say it's a left hand side drive. Luckily my husband is an experienced driver, so he didn't have major issues with that. But BE CAREFUL, if you don't feel confident driving with the steering wheel on left hand side. Especially as the motorhome is big, 7 metres. Could be very tricky to manoeuvre on narrow roads. The most disappointing part of the rental was the fact that the living/kitchen area of the motorhome was not cleaned before we collected it. I actually had to give it a proper scrub on our first evening of the trip... the rugs and seat covers were quite grubby. We bought some blankets to cover the seats. Generally speaking it seemed like the vehicle was last used a long time ago and hasn't been cleaned since then. It was quite disappointing. But the kitchen was well equipped and everything you need was there so that's a plus. There's been some issues with heating (water and air) but nothing major. It's a comfortable vehicle. There was only 2 of us, but I think a family of 4 would also find it spacious enough. Unfortunately on last day of our trip an oncoming motorhome hit our right hand side mirror, passenger side (in a left hand drive vehicle). The insurance excess is £1000, so we had to cover the repair of the damage, which added extra few hundred pounds to the rental fee. Not ideal end to a holiday, but things like that happen... if you take out the insurance, check the excess amount.

Lovely van, well equipped. Owner was great do deal with. Would definitely use them again.

Troy is a great guy and would highly recommend anyone to rent out thier camper to him.
