Good communication from the owner. I had a few queries before I picked up the van and he was very responsive. Easy to find and simple handover. The motorhome is spacious and well laid out. All necessities provided. The cruise control and reversing camera were very useful. I would recommend and would hire this motorhome again.

My wife and I decided to hire a Camping Car in France so that we could travel and see the Loire Valley and the West Coast. We chose Rudy’s Camping Car because he was conveniently located close to the Eurotunnel, and because his vehicle was only 2 years old. Upon meeting Rudy, he was very helpful and explained all of the Camping Car and its features in great detail. He was relaxed in his approach which put our minds at rest. The Camping Car was fairly well equipped although could have benefitted from a Kettle and a longer electric cable. We mentioned this on our return and Rudy agreed to look at this for future rentals. Our overall experience was very good, and the Camping Car functioned perfectly. I would recommend Rudy and his vehicle to anyone considering hiring a Camping Car (Motorhome to us Brits!) for a trip around France.   Thank you Rudy!

Will’s motorhome served us very reasonably on our trip. We covered a lot of miles during a couple of weeks and the ride was comfortable and durable throughout both hot and cold climates, just as Will details in the description. Throughout the journey, we found that maintaining a conservative 55mph/90kmh proved to be the sweet spot for Woody’s fuel consumption! Will has modified the interior quiet a lot and the additional personable furnishings proved very comfy and homely. When it got cold, the biofuel fireplace was very efficient and made a great job of keeping us cosy at night. The top bunk bedding was comfy and easy for a good nights sleep. We had lots of options available to us, from ample storage compartments, a spacious converted lounge area, even a rack for the bikes and a comfortable amount of general space to move around in while preparing meals between the two of us.   Will took such good care of us from start to finish. There were times we couldn’t work out how to solve a few operating issues and he was able to quickly work with us to figure out and resolve things. He was quick to get to know us and what we were looking for in a trip and how Woody could be of service. Will was very helpful, keen with attention to serving our requirements and easy to work with to achieve a great holiday.   Having tried various other camping/glamping style options, this was the first time where we used a motorhome. It took us a couple of days to adjust to living in and effectively driving (quite a few miles) all within the same vehicle but once a routine was set for the transition between sleeping, eating and then getting back on the road or day out, then we found the motorhome set-up very efficient and a total adventure. For anyone that hasn’t tried motorhoming, try it out with Woody for the approachable homeliness. If you’ve tried it before, hire Woody for his uniqueness, fun accessories and added traveller atmosphere.   With everything considered, our trip with Woody was all the adventure we could have expected and hoped for… and a little bit more.

Excellent rental experience. The van was a pleasure to drive, really comfy and exactly as described. Communication with the owners was great, they responded quickly and made the whole process very easy. We are keen to hire again in the summer and would highly recommend to others.

This was my first hire experience with Yescapa and I couldn't have asked for a better experience thanks to Andrea and Andre. They were brilliant, so helpful, communicative and ready to help with any details, questions we had as well as tips and instructions for great places to visit on the trip and advice if we needed. The motorhome was fantastic - comfortable, beautifully maintained, modern, spacious, well appointed with great facilities, easy to navigate and ease quickly into a comfortable and relaxing trip with everything you might need for a great holiday. We were headed up the coast for a week exploring the beaches and coastline of North Portugal and Galicia to surf and were able to stay in some incredible spots off the beaten track with the motorhome. I would highly recommend it and renting with Andre and Andrea if you do. Thanks very much indeed, Andrea and Andre!

       My partner and I rented Clement’s Campervan for 7 weeks, from 22-08-18 to 07-10-18, to tour southern France.  Clement met us at the train station, which was nice (an hour and a half late, explaining he had been involved in an accident).  He drove us to the van about 10 minutes away, showed us everything we needed to know about it, and then pointed us toward a place on the mountain nearby where we could drive to camp, which was also nice.      The next day we noticed that the diesel tank was only about 1/3 full and water tank maybe half full.  The propane tank didn’t seem to have much in it either, but we didn’t realize how little until late the next day, when it ran out.  The day after that we had to change plans to look for propane, which took awhile.  Also, about half way through the trip the water pump to the sink stopped working, and thereafter we used recycled water bottles for our water uses (easy enough).      But the campervan itself was mostly quite comfortable and functional.  The kitchen area was especially well designed, and we liked the ample storage and roll-down awning.  We appreciated the outdoor table and chairs and some other things Clement provided.        We would like to have given this campervan more stars except for 2 issues.  Setting up and breaking down the bed is a complicated 10-to-15-minute, twice-a-day process.  Among other things, you fold down the rear seat, fold back the front seats all the way, and add a separate side cushion (watch your fingers!) – 7 pieces altogether, which results in such a very irregular surface that I honestly have to say it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.  We padded it as best we could.      Lack of power steering isn’t a problem with most vehicles.  But tight turns with this van take much effort and arm muscle.  You can forget sharp turns; most normally 3-point turns turn into 5, 7, 9, or more point turns; and parallel parking is nearly impossible.  Also, the 5-speed transmission is geared so low that you spend a lot of time frantically shifting gears to try to keep up with the flow of traffic.      Otherwise, it was a good camping vehicle, while Clement was friendly and helpful.  We really enjoyed our journey around southern France – one of the best trips of our lives!

From the very first message, Damien was incredibly helpful and accomodating. He went above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience possible. The motorhome was fantastic, it had everything we needed. The motorhome was great value for money and we will most definately be doing this again in the near future.

This couple were my ideal renters! They were friendly, courteous, fun loving and they took care of my van like it was their own. In fact I beleive they now want to buy their own Campervan because of the experience. I love making converts!

My two girls and me had a superb holiday in this brilliantly quirky van. It was very reliable and met all our needs very comfortably. We toured the Yorkshire Dales and a bit of Northumberland and delibrately took the "scenic route" for almost all of our travel, the van coped with it all - hills and dales. Great to see a van updated with just enough to give you a very relaxing holiday but still left with so much character. Thank you and we'd love to book it again! George, Tilly and Nina   ]   

Great experience all round! First time i have ever even been inside a motorhome let alone drive one. Im glad i did and im glad it was through Will. The motorhome was great and so was it's owner. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for everything, Will!
