Eric and Valerie are very friendly. We scheduled in advance the meeting points (to get and return the van) and everything went smoothly. They explained us in detail all the van facilities and taught us how to use them. They also offered us in advance a list with all the things the camper van contain which was very useful and they gave us some advices where to go, where to stay (campings), etc.The camper van itself is amazing. Todo perfecto, las únicas dos pegas es que no tenia aire acondicionado y el transformador de corriente para usar los enchufes normalmente no estaba habilitado, usamos los puertos de usb para todo, sin problema

We booked at short notice and Ricardo could not have been more helpful. His communication is excellent and he was incredibly helpful. The handover was seamless. The van was brilliant, very well equipped with everything needed. Table, chairs, high quality pillows, bedding, everything you need. The van is very comfortable and drives well. The auto was a godsend. All worked as explained and when we forgot how to operate the water heater he was on hand to explain by WhatsApp within 5 minutes. Handing back was fast and the security deposit paid back in full in front of me. Absolutely brilliant experience, cannot rate highly enough!

It was out first time hiring a camper in Sicily and this experience certainly exceeded our expectations thanks to the great service provided by Roberta. The camper was absolutely spotless when we collected it and it had everything we needed. Great demonstration of how to use it, and it was in perfect working condition. Collection and drop off were also made very easy for us. Highly recommend.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Carlos guided us through the campervan and how to use it, wished us a good trip and on we went. We slept at the most beautiful places and watched the most amazing sunsets/sunrises. The campervan did not fail to get us from destination to destination. The decoration was well thought through, all the electrical stuff worked. The kitchen functioned as it should and when we encountered problems (tho they were small), Carlos was available through whatsapp or phone number to give advice.10/10 would recommend this campervan to anyone that wants to experience Madeira in a more intimate and romantic way and who wants to feel free exploring the wonderful nature the island has to offer.
