Unfortunately there were lots of issues with this van. When we picked it up we were told we couldn’t open the two front habitation windows because one had broken struts so wouldn’t stay open and the other had a broken screen so flies would come in. There are two gas burners, we were told just to use the large one as the small one didn’t work very well - not a great start.During the two weeks we experienced lots of other issues. The awning wouldn’t stay up as you couldn’t lock one leg; the only way to shut the sliding door was to really slam it closed (not appreciated by our neighbours); the toilet casette door jammed shut when the casette was full, after an hour we had to force it open and then try to fix it; the overhead locker door kept flying open when we went over a speed bump and then completely came off one hinge while we were driving; the electric step stopped working… not the relaxing holiday we’d hoped for. It really needs a good servicing and to be checked and issues resolved between rental periods, not just leave issues and expect renters to put up with them. On a positive note, the van was really easy to drive and the bed was comfortable.

Had a great holiday with the van ! It was nice and compact, easy to drive. Such a nice way to travel around the island ☺️ also great owners, very friendly and easy communication. Got some great advice where to go on some windy days! Big recommendations!

Esperienza FANTASTICA. Dal proprietario del camper al camper stesso. Michel è una persona straordinaria e super disponibile. Con cura e passione ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per trascorrere un bellissimo weekend. Nonostante il camper fosse nuovo di pacca Michel lo ha saputo condividere facendoci sentire subito a casa. Dopo vari camper mansardati finalmente mi trovo a guidare ETRUSCO, 5.41m di camper. Praticamente come guidare un’auto. Abbiamo scelto di provare questo camper ad inizio novembre con temperature sfidanti (4 gradi di notte), ma nonostante tutto nessun problema. Il riscaldamento funziona a meraviglia ed anche con temperature prossime allo zero si ha caldo nell’abitacolo. Il camper è un 4 posti, noi eravamo in 3 con mia moglie all’ottavo mese e con una pancia di tutto rispetto (un po’ ingombrante). Il camper ha un letto matrimoniale in coda ed un soffietto che si alza sul tetto dove c’è un secondo lètto matrimoniale. La temperatura nel soffietto, in pieno inverno, è chiaramente un tantino più bassa di quella dell’abitacolo, ma ci si dorme comunque alla grande. Forse anche meglio del piano di sotto dove mia figlia ha sudato durante la notte 😂.Per quanto riguarda la pulizia inutile dire che era tutto perfetto. Il camper è nuovo, ma anche tra anni sono certo che Michel lo consegnerebbe sempre in condizioni impeccabili.

Would definitely rent a motarhome again the freedom is great.

Loved driving the Trekka 4X4 Kangoo on the NC500. It was the perfect size both for driving the North Coast roads and camping for my wife and I. The owner has imaginatively modified the Man too with a comfortable sleep and kitchen setup. The hosts were extremely helpful and even included a surprise "wee dram" in the kitchen. I'd highly recommend this rental vehicle!

Flawless experience, I would definitely rent it again. I think I even converted my friends into being campervan fans!

We did 8 days with the van and all we have to say is that the van is perfect, we do a lot of camping and already rented van in other country and this one was the best. Everything is there, nothing is missing (Ex: for cooking, cleaning, you have all you need, you just need to buy your food) Everything has been well planned and thought in term of space and functionality. I have nothing bad to say about the van or the owner. The owners are really gentle, communication is easy. They help by giving you nice sleeping spot. They warned us about the bad weather who was about to come. A huge plus, it's the hot shower, it's an essential because it's difficult to find public shower on the island. Also really loved that we had 2 chairs and a table to eat outside.

Mark was fantastic to deal with and the motorhome had everything we needed for a week of adventures in Scotland. I would absolutely recommend hiring this van with Mark.
