The van was indeed returned cleaned and organized. Unfortunately from the beginning the renter didn't follow the instructions given which resulted with causing a flood in the van. ( Overfilling the water tank). Plus parking on the spots where was specifically asked not to park. Given all that unfortunately unfortunately I can't recommend the renter as he was not able to listen and take care of the van given. The rental ended up by keeping part of the deposit for covering the demages caused to the van. Agreed mutually after quite a argument.

Mikael and Lucianna were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process Mikael understood the concern wed had as it was our firdt time in France driving a campervan and he collected us at the hotel when we arrived.

The Shaka van is exactly as advertised and we had a beautiful experience with it - travelled all through the Alentejo and Algarve. João is also a great host and helped us in many ways before and during the trip!

Hire was easy, accommodating for a last minute hire. The staff were excellent as was the van.

Family looked after the van and it came back as it went out. Would recommend.

We were very disappointed with the motor home. Door handle broken on inside. Awning broken could not use correctly. Only one strap to hold awning in place. No pegs supplied for awning legs. The motor home had not been cleaned when we got there. He quickly hoovered it. The waste for the toilet was full from previous renter. He tried to telnn on me it was clean water in if, I new better and made him take it out. He the. Emptied it in on a flower. Bed in the carpark. He then found the dirty water tank was full and then emptied that on the floor. Overall it was a disgrace and I will never hire it again. The problem is we had paid £2300 then the ferry and fuel to get there. Then he wanted 750 euros cash deposit. What can you do, you can’t just walk away and say I don’t want it. We had paid for our campsites aswell. He advertised 4 bikes he didn’t have any. The table and chairs the table was broken. Never again

We had a great hire experience and everything was well explained to us. The van was well equipped and wonderfully clean.
