The owner is very positive and flexible.His attitude focused on solving any possible challenges for the beginners like me.All instructions were explained properly, few times I was contacted by the owner where he was interested if everything is ok, or is there anything he can support.The vehicle had minor scratches which is normal for Spanish cars. All functions worked properly. Some element had natural use signs.I may recommend the owner and the campervan. - Yescapa

Renting Wendy for our trip on Sardinia has been a great choice! Stefania, the owner, is easy going, kind and helpful, and communication was great (both i n English and Italian).the van has everything you need and was perfect for our 7 nights long trip around Sardegna. Angelo and Susana were extremely nice and helpful. The van was exactly as advertised, however, it is an old vehicle that could do with some fixing, especially the electric parts don’t work well or at all. Sleeping in it was very pleasant & it has sufficient storage places - comes also with a cooler. Would rent again! - Yescapa

Natascha made everything so easy for me, picked up and dropped off at the airport Olbia. Very straight forward handover and I was on my way, best way to travel around Sardinia, recommend for sure 👌👌👌 will be using again. The van was perfect - Yescapa

Katia and Antonio are absolutely great!they took a good care of all our requests prior to our trip and even agree to deliver the Van to the airport to pick as up in the middle of the night at 2am.the camper is perfect, it has everything you need and well kept in great condition, all was clean and functional. the Air conditioning is an amazing extra which really made a huge positive impact on our trip.highly recommend! - Yescapa

The best experience hiring a camper from Carla :) so friendly, the campervan was fantastic, everything we hoped for and more. The motor home named Maisie by the kids was fantastic. Clean, fully equipped for all your requirements. Lovely little touch on arrival cold water and a little welcome pack for washing up etc. Towels rolled up on the bed. The owners really take pride in their vehicle and a very detailed handover and explanation of how everything worked. I made a small fee to meet us at the airport so we could go straight away. In the exact location as promised. On return we arranged to meet at a different location and they then took control and ordered us a Taxi. Waited with us.
Maisie had 5 of us for a week and was Brillant. Communication was straight forward. The owner messaged in Spanish. I popped in translate, then responded in English. 2 days before I was due to collect Maisie they contacted me to confirm some final details. Seamless and great experience. "We recently had the pleasure of renting Lea and Michael’s van for our vacation in Menorca, and I must say, the experience exceeded all our expectations.

 

When we arrived to pick it up, they did us a van tour, explaining everything and giving us some important tips to travel comfortably. They have both been very helpful and provided thorough answers to our questions during the trip when needed. 

 

The van was in impeccable condition and well maintained, from the inside to the outside. Fully equipped with a host of modern amenities that made our journey a pleasure (effective gaz stove and all you need to cook, solar panels, fridge, outdoor + indoor shower, windows with fly mesh, huge storage under the bed

The bed was as big and comfortable as ours at home which felt really nice. 

 

We were pleasantly surprised by the fuel efficiency of the van. Given the relatively small size of Menorca, we were able to explore various places without frequent refueling stops. This factor significantly contributed to the convenience and budget-friendliness of our trip. For info, we selected 100km per day which was way enough for this place. 

 

The cabin had air conditioning which we never used but it could have been useful if needed. 

 

Traveling in a van has given us the flexibility to rediscover this beautiful place from a different angle. From idyllic beaches to charming villages, we were able to savor every moment without being rushed. Despite the van's ample size, thanks to the reverse camera it was easy to park and its inside space accommodated all our belongings, enabling us to enjoy picnics and beach outings effortlessly. We had the freedom to wake up wherever we wanted in order to get the best cove spots straight in the morning. 

 

If you're planning a trip to Menorca (or elsewhere) and looking for reliable transportation/accommodation, I truly recommend Lea and Michael’s van for an unforgettable and enjoyable experience.

David and his family were very helpful and friendly with all the interactions we had with them. They went out their way to help us both picking up and dropping off the campervan. We had issues dropping the camper back and weren’t able to take the campervan back in the condition we received it, we paid a small amount for damages and yet again David and his family were very kind, accommodating and understanding. The vehicle was as described, large, spacious and clean. We had a great time and would happily come back to do France next time! Thank you very much! - Yescapa

We didn’t actually meet Samuel, our hand overs were done by his partner. She was friendly but didn’t really explain how the van worked or where everything was in the van. We wanted to use the second bed due to the main bed being quite uncomfortable, unfortunately we weren’t shown how to put it up.
The van was extremely old and run down. As mentioned, very uncomfortable bed, broken blinds, everything was just quite old and worn out. The van advertised a Bluetooth radio which also didn’t work.
We rented with the understanding it was older, however, we weren’t prepared for how frail some parts of it were.
Samuel expects you to stop at a service station and rent a hoover before returning the van or you get a €25 charge so also be careful of this.
The fridge serves more as a cupboard, and we were unable to store any perishable items, as they just went off.
On the whole I wouldn’t recommend this van, I’d pay a bit more for a newer van with air con and nicer amenities. Quite expensive for what it was. The van has done over 200,000km and this is very apparent when driving it. Up any hills was a real struggle and it’s a miracle we didn’t have any problems mechanically.
We were charged for exceeding our agreed mileage which we completely accept, however, be aware this is quite a hefty charge considering the number of miles already on the clock. - Yescapa

We’ve had a fantastic experience renting the van to Karen and Stephen. They’ve been really friendly, flexible and helpful from the moment we contacted them to rent the van until we dropped it back. Will definitely repeat with them if we ever need to rent a van again! - Yescapa

This simple and cute van gave me the key to explore southern Germany and Austria for two perfect weeks. No hiccups at all with the vehicle and the owner is so good at responding to questions that you have. Amazing gas mileage and a manual transmission that’s better than new cars (seriously).

It has the essentials needed - a very cold fridge, lots of water tanks, cooking station , lots of storage, and an amazing speaker system. If I end up coming back to the area and want to rent a van again, id look nowhere else but this.

To those who are on the fence about if this vehicle is enough, know that this reviewer was a foreigner , travelling in a country that they did not speak the language, and easily found free camping spots every night since it’s quite stealthy. - Yescapa

I had a fantastic 4 days in Louise's campervan! A really cost effective way to see the beautiful island and explore. The van is really well equipped and Louise has thought about all the little touches. Definitely download the Park4Night app to help with overnight sleeping locations. The van is a little clunky to drive initially, but I got used to it very quickly and enjoyed the experience thoroughly! Would definitely do this again. Thanks for everything Louise. - Yescapa

Nicholas is a wonderful man. Very helpful and obliging. He explained everything thoroughly. The motorhome was very well equipped with everything you need for everyday use and relaxation. Since we arrived by plane and had limited luggage, he gave us sheets and towels and even beach towels to use. The car is impeccable. Very dynamic and easy to park due to its size. We spent our holidays with great joy and pleasure. - Yescapa

The owners are wonderful people. They take care of their van with love and it shows. The van is in perfect condition, inside you will find everything you need, we didn't miss anything. We travelled with road bikes, the bike rack was great. We were given perfect parking tips. The communication was without problems. We will definitely recommend it further and maybe we will come back sometime. - Yescapa

Overall a very nice and cozy van even though it has his years. Very enjoyable and not a single problem throughout the whole trip :) Angelo is a super sweet person and suggested us a lot of nice spots / places, and gave us very nice tips for our staying.
