This was my first time booking with Karen and I cannot recommend her enough. She is very helpful and the contact has been excellent throughout. I was shown all the features and how to set everything up. The campervan is just fantastic ! Really smooth to drive and very comfortable. The size of the van is perfect, not too big which makes it easy to park and means it’s still quite nippy. In the van you will find everything you need and more! From cooking/cleaning equipment to bug repellent candle (came in handy!) and books. The set up is great and there is plenty room. The back door opens up the way which is a great cover from the rain. The bed was very easy to set up and it was really cosy! We loved the fairy lights 😌 Don’t be put off by the bold look on the outside, you get plenty smiles and thumbs up 👍🏻 We had a great time in the van and we will be back! - Yescapa
Jorge was an absolute angel to organise the rental with. He kindly also dropped me to the airport after my trip. The car was in perfect condition, no issues and had everything I needed for my 10days travelling the Basque Country. I had an incredible time. I will definitely be back :) - Yescapa
Fantastic motorhome. Top of the range with everything you need for a great trip. We didn’t have a hook up but didn’t have problems with electric (solar) or gas for the whole week. Never had to run the engine for power (the good weather helped). Would definitely rent again. - Yescapa

Very pleased we rented this motorhome from Marsha, everything we needed was there and Marsha explained everything to make our trip more stress free and relaxed. A slight problem with our trip was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the owner with no hassle, so would definitely rent this motorhome again.The motorhome was lovely and clean and was easy to drive with the auto gearbox, sat nav and reversing camera. loved the fixed bed layout which was so comfy. - Yescapa
We fell in love with “Buck”! We were surprised how compact and organized everything is and how well equipped! The bed is comfortable and the driving is smooth. Jean-Christophe and his lovely family took care of us very well when it came to questions or when any help was needed. Hope one day again 🤞🏼 - Yescapa
A very charming van which was perfect for adventuring with my friend. The extra loft bed was great for us as we could each have a comfortable bed. Sofia was always very responsive and friendly. She put us at ease about borrowing her van. All provided facilities were in great condition and everything was explained to us in detail at the handover which was great. It is very good value. It is an old van so isn't particularly powerful but it didn't matter as we were able to climb all of the steepest inclines in the mountainous regions. If and when I come back to Mallorca, I would definitely rent this van again. Muchos gracias Sofia! - Yescapa
Technical state: Adblu not filled up and nearly empty (according to owner was filled up recently) Passenger seat locking mechanism not working (every turn with the camper it unlocked and the chair swivelled) Lock for dining table not working (every turn it swung around) Windscreen washing liquid completely empty One door of the garage out of use due to an old damage. (Very inconvenient to load and unload everything from one side) Mileage was 36.600 km. according advertisement should be between 15.000 and 30.000 Drain of the sink was clogged (had to unclog it first day) Only half a gas tank was left (had to replace both tanks the first day Water tank only 60% filled 1 hinge of a floor hatch broken. Possibility when standing on it you will fall trough (see picture) The fixing rod of the canopy had the locking screw missing. Therefore with the least of wind, the canopy had to be retracted (see picture) All the time the seat belts get locked, which makes it very hard to look out of the side window for traffic (when contacting the owner this was apparently a known issue) Inventory: Hardly any cooking ware. See pictures Hardly any cutlery. (3 forks, some plastic knives from a kids pirate party see picture) No kitchen knives Some dirty old bottles of oil Dirty old cleaning sponge Unusable dining set. According the advertisement there should be a dining table and dining chairs. This sent contain 4 very small stools a grown up can not sit on. (See picture) Only 2 towels No coffee machine (should be there according advertisement. Only a percolator which is not a cooking machine) ---------------------------------------------------- ANSWER OWNER: 1. on the subject of receiving money: I confirmed the reservation to him at the beginning of 23 at conditions (only 130 euros a day) that are rather unusual in the high season. 2. ad blue. Unfortunately, there is no display in the vehicle showing how much Adblue is in the tank. The renter was unable to tell me when I returned the vehicle. 3. the passenger seat worked when I handed it over, otherwise the previous renter would have pointed this out to me. 4. the table has a fixing screw underneath the table. This has probably come loose after a long journey.A phone call would have been enough to fix this problem. 5. windscreen wiper fluid was empty. That's true.  But you can buy it at any petrol station! 6. one door of the luggage area could not be opened. This was known and clearly visible at the handover! 7. the water tank was full. The display sometimes does not show the correct level. 8. the awning works perfectly. It just cannot be used in strong winds. However, as the renter was probably standing directly at the beach (usually strong winds) he could not use it. Which is certainly a pity!9 Yes, the cutlery is more like camping cutlery. 10. the tenant accepted the table and chairs on handover. I would have had others in the cellar but he didn't ask for that. I also supplied a foldable sofa. 11 He rightly complains that there are items listed in the app that I didn't put there. Yescapa is responsible for that! 12. he didn't mention that he damaged the large drawer under the sink in the interior. I made a temporary repair. If I were to replace it with a new one, we're talking about a few hundred euros' worth of damage!     - Yescapa

Obrigado Marcelo and Diana!We would 100% recommended renting from them. Before we rented they answered all of our stupid, last minute questions and gave perfect directions to pick up the camper.Before we took off on our 3 night adventure we had great fun as they explained everything down to the finest detail. Most important were the tips they gave us on what to do and where to stay which really made our trip easy and enjoyable. I'd also recommend that you download the Park4night App to help plan your route. The Madeiran cake and cookies they gave us were perfect with a stove made coffee after our evening swim as we watched the sun setting.The camper was spotless, comfortable, well equipped and drove like a dream. Parking and the mountain roads are not as scary as you think!We were sad to return it but that process was made easy too and after chatting about our adventure they even dropped us to our next hotel nearby. If only we'd had more time we'd loved to have swapped more island stories over a cerveja! Boa Viagem. - Yescapa
Carlos and his wife were so lovely and went above and beyond to help us. Carlos was very kind to pick us up and drop us back to the airport. The motor home was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed and more. We used the park4night app and found some fantastic places to stay for free with just the ocean for noise. We only wish we could have stayed longer, a wonderful experience. Thank you Carlos. - Yescapa
Roberto and Prisca are really lovely and reliable people. We had a very clear communication since before the trip. The van was fully equipped as advertised and the experience in general was way beyond our expectations. I definitely recommend these guys! Can't way to be back :) - Yescapa
Just returned from a 5 day trip to Silverstone for the British GP. We decided to book a motorhome instead of coping this year and it was the best decision yet. Paddy was extremely helpful and friendly, took us through all of the how toos. The motorhome (we named Marvin) was great and offered everything we needed. Beds were super comfy! Daughter said it was an easy and good drive. Already looking at booking with Paddy for next year's event. - Yescapa

Collection was agreed and the camper was there with Isaac ready for us to go, well cleaned and managed, unfortunately other client mis-used and neglected it in the past, but the guys were prompt to notify what needed attention. People should thoroughly follow the video they post on their youtube channel that explains everything how to use, but sometimes people lack of common sense too.Fuel economy is great on the ford, space was awesome and the suggestion for the places to visit are impeccable. Follow them on their Instagram channel for more insights and ask them for a direct booking. If you fly there and need to get to the pick-up, is only 30€ away from the airport and remember to take your own towels as those aren't provided! - Yescapa
Rupert was really friendly and made the rental really easy. He always replied to my questions quickly and made me feel at ease. The van was perfect and was kept to a really high standard- would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to hire a campervan. - Yescapa
This van is just AMAZING! Best experience ever. Conocer la isla de Tenerife con la furgo de Tenerife Camper Vans fue una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. La furgoneta está muy bien equipada y funciona a la perfección. Es ideal para la isla, lo suficiente mente grande para estar muy cómoda en el interior, pero sin ser demasiado para moverte por las ciudades o los acantilados de la Isla. Arturo es un anfitrión encantador, y su guía sobre los mejores lugares de Tenerife es muy completa, nos ayudó mucho a la hora de decidir dónde dormir. Un acierto asegurado. Overall, we had a great time with the vehicle and the owner woj was nice and polite.My advice is , check the vehicle thoroughly for damages before collection , I mean every single corner, take video of the vehicle and make sure you report any small scratches or damages you found before collection.That’s our first mistake, because, within 2 hours of collection, we discovered a very tiny crack on the windshield, and we reported right away to Woj the owner. Along the way during the 7 days journey, we discover another zipper that’s broken, and finally when returning the car, Woj the owner discovered another minor scratch on the cushion. Till date , we are not sure if those damages were there before or after collection. All these damages of cause are considered our fault since it’s discovered after the return of the vehicle and our deposit is retained and we are now still waiting for yescapa to sort out the insurance claim ( which is another night mare for us) . The insurance policy is to deduct from the deposit first and claim the repair fee later from the insurance. That is why our deposit ( 2K euros) is still retained by Woj until today . ( it’s been almost 2 weeks) . I think it will take longer until I get back any amount left.Lastly, be prepare to cater at least 1 hour to wash the car because Woj will expect you to return the car in the same condition you took the vehicle. After 7 days trip, there was a lot of stubborn insect stain which required jet wash to get rid of them. So, Woj will recommend you a car wash nearby the returning point , and there’s only 1 washing spot for tall vehicle like the caravan.Overall, this rental is much cheaper as compared to other rental website, but don’t expect a hassle free experience if there’s something wrong.So far, the quotation for the both the windshield and cushion are about 2500 euros and we are in the process of the insurance claim. Interior and exterior are 2 different claim channels and you have to report them yourself .Good luck. - Yescapa
A minha experiencia foi fantástica, a carrinha é maravilhosa, super bem equipada e conduz-se muito bem. A camara para marcha atrás é um toque essencial, e a bateria solar carregaram os telemóveis, lanternas e mais sem problema. Fizemos uma roadtrip por portugal fora, sul e norte, durante duas semanas. O Gonçalo foi óptimo, super amigável, sempre disponível para ajudar e para comunicar. Esta carrinha é um amor e se voltarmos a fazer uma roadtrip vamos tentar reserva-la outra vez.Our experience was fantastic, the van is wonderful, super reliable, very well equipped and drives very well. The reverse camera was an essential feature and the solar battery charged our phones and lantern without any issues. We did a roadtrip throughout portugal, south and north, for two weeks. Gonçalo was great, super friendly, always available to help and communicate. This van is so lovely and if we do a second roadtrip we will try to reserve it again. - Yescapa
